Police arrested a youth for sending a message that could spoiled social harmony

Indor Senior Superintendent of Police, Ruchivardhan Mishra, ordered for comprehensive strict action against the people sending objectionable messages to maintain comprehensive system and public order regarding the present scenario and environment.

 According to which, under the direction of Superintendent of Police, former Yusuf Qureshi, and Additional Superintendent of Police, District Indore, East Zone 2, Shailendra Singh Chauhan, under the guidance of City Superintendent of Police Section Khajrana SKS Tomar, the accused Khajrana made objectionable remarks about the current scenario. Police was getting information about the current scenario for the last 1-2 days that a person is making offensive messages on WhatsApp group pertaining to disturbing public peace on WhatsApp group.

 In the same sequence, information was received from the informer that the said person is standing near Tin Road Khajrana Square Worker.

 On checking his mobile, objectionable messages related to disturbing the public peace system were sent to WhatsApp group and mobile number.
The said conduct of the accused was violated by the Collector and District Magistrate Indore under Section 144, as a punishable offense under Section 188 and registered a case under Section 188 Bhadvi and taken into consideration.
