In view of the incessant rains and cold wave from Thursday, CM Yogi Adityanath of Uttar Pradesh had issued guidelines to all the officials of the state and district to manage the rains and shelters with optional facility for the passengers.  The place should be arranged for bonfire, The place should be arranged for bonfire, but the local administration, hasn't opened.  As a result, travelers from far-flung areas along with neighboring country Nepal have to spend the night under the open sky on a cold night, telling that two travelers died of cold due to the late opening of the rain shelter last year.

The Nepalian travelers are going to delhi,baglore,M.P have to pass from paliya,and for that some time they have to stay in paliya in night,but who can't arrange hotel,and poor forced to sleep on footpath, bforced to cut the cold winters without any help
