An economic social upliftment program was organized by the tribal sub-scheme under the aegis of Central Bird Research Institute Izatnagar Bareilly, Central Sugarcane Research Institute Lucknow and in the Animal Husbandry Department, Lakhimpur Kheri, in the Gram Panchayat Belparasuva of Block  Nighasan.In which 50 female beneficiaries of various self-help groups of NRLM were distributed 20 chickens 5 to 6 weeks of age per woman beneficiary, Carrie Fearless and Carrie Shyama, Grover ration 20 kg, bulb, holder, wire.
Chick and diet were distributed in the program by deputy Commissioner Om Prakash Gupta, Block Development Officer Alok Kumar Verma, Chief Investigator Dr. Sanjeev Kumar, Principal Scientist Dr. Sandeep Saran, Dr. Chandra Desh, Co-Investigator of Indian Sugarcane Research Institute Lucknow, Dr. Niranjan Lal Veterinarian Officer Nighasan Dr. Avadhesh Kumar, Veterinary Officer Belparasua Dr. Saket Yadav, Panchayat Officer Virpal Verma, Revenue Inspector Anil Shukla, Village Head Asharam

While giving information about the project, the chief investigator of the project Dr. Sanjeev Kumar said that balanced diet is necessary for beneficial poultry farming. Dr. Sandeep informed about the market system to earn more income. Dr. Chandra Dev spoke about the prevention of cold weather. Dr. Niranjan Lal spoke about the importance of women to get involved in this profession and in relation to goat rearing. Dr. Awadesh Kumar gave information about the poultry related diseases and preventive measures.

Block Development Officer Alok Verma assured to address the women's problems. Dr. Tarun Kumar Tiwari Chief Veterinary Officer Lakhimpur assured full cooperation and participation from the Animal Husbandry Department in poultry farming. At the end of the program, Village head Asharam He appreciated the efforts of all people for making the program successful and thanked them.
