Report of fraud of 10 lakhs on wheat purchase filed against the owner of Messers Company

In a case of wheat procurement, Nakaha Pipri Wheat Purchasing Center in-charge Mohammad Rehan Khan has filed a report at the Fardhan police station alleging that  M / s Maa Durga Trading Company owner Triloki Nath Mishra cheated Rs 10 lakh. Police arrested the accused from Lalpur Tirahe on Thursday night. In addition on the arrested accused, cases of embezzlement, fraud allready registered in Tikunya, Nighasan, Phoolbehar police stations.

Center in-charge Mohammad Rehan said that out of the total wheat purchased at the center in the session 2018-19, 565 quintals of wheat could not be unloaded in FCI due to some reasons.
Meanwhile, on the order of the government, a directive was received from the PCF that the residual wheat be sold in the open market and the money received should be deposited in PCF Lakhimpur. After this, the residual 565 quintal wheat was purchased by the owner of M / s Maa Durga Company, TN Mishra, resident of Mohalla Govind Nagar in the city for Rs 1770 per quintal.

 He paid a check (Rs 363452) of 10 lakh rupees of Punjab National Bank in favor of District Cooperative Federation on 29 October 2018 for payment of purchase wheat. The next day it was placed in the Mandi Samiti branch of District Cooperative Bank to encash the check.

But the check bounced due to lack of money in the account. Rehan said that after this Triloki Mishra was sent a postal notice several times. On this, he assured to pass the check by depositing funds in the account soon. But on 3 March 2019, he again gave two checks of Rs 5-5 lakh in favor of District Cooperative Federation.

But this check also bounced due to lack of money. Information was also given to Triloki Nath Mishra, but he did not give any satisfactory answer. After this, Rehan Khan gave an application to SP Kheri on 26 July 2019 and demanded action on the accused.

 On the instruction of the SP, on 26 August 2019, a report of embezzlement and fraud was filed against Triloki Nath at the Faradhan police station. On Thursday night, on the information of the informer, the police arrested him with a white colored car from Lalpur Tirahe.
