Advances received by former or current sarpanchs, members, princes, heads of Panchayati Raj institutions during their tenure, audit recovery, proposed recovery in investigation, amount received in excess of appraisal of work or depositing the amount received without appraisal Will be.
If this amount of recovery is not deposited with the concerned institution, action will be initiated to declare them as defaulters.  By doing this, they will not be able to contest the elections of Panchayati Raj Institutions to be held next year. A notice of demand will be issued to such people on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad in charge of the Panchayati Raj Institutions of the district.

An 18 percent interest from the due date will also be included in this notice. Such person shall be considered ineligible for election nomination under Section 19 (e) of Panchayati Raj Act for the Panchayat elections to be held at the end of January, if not deposited the recoverable amount till 20 January, ie, 2 months after the issue of this notice. And they will be excluded from the election process. Ordering list A list of such arrears is being called from all panchayats and panchayat samitis.

 It is being told that there are more than 150 current and former sarpanches in the district, on which the period of depositing the recovery amount has also been exceeded. Such persons may be disqualified by the Divisional Commissioner after 2 months and disqualified to contest elections.
